These are 3D printed products. Quality is as-shown in the pictures. We do our best to optimize quality but cannot guarantee perfection, however we test for full functionality before shipping (e.g. articulated limbs, etc.).

Shipping times will vary based on current inventory and printing time, but we strive for 1-3 days from receiving the order, printing/packaging, and handoff with the carrier. Larger orders will need reasonable time for fulfillment.

Returns are currently handled through the Contacts Page form. Items must have critical and obvious defects in the print job and not damaged due to any conditions outside of our control.
